my house was broken into and I have home owners insurance, state farm agent told me that I have a $500.00 deductible, Does this mean that I have to pay $500.00 or I just get $500.00 dedcucted from my claim? agent was rishing me off the phone, so I could’nt get much info from him..Thanks…
